If the info about Costco is not a joke, how is this going to benefit Marquette? The new Costco will be smaller, not carry the range of products the other Costcos carry and will be about 8% higher in costs. So what exactly will Costco sell? Costco is not Costco unless it is Costco.

The Japanese company that wants to build computers and offer housing to its employees - well feel sorry for the home owners in that area, but, if true, will bring in money and this town needs money.
Where, exacctly, are they going to put the landfill in Chocolay Twp? Somehow I just don't think the Twp will allow this as they have always been opposed to new business in their bedroom community.
I do not want to pay any money to use the beaches in Marquette and really hope this is a joke.
