Substack is the home for great culture
I made these comments to WOTS, but don't know if it went through. I'm not adverse to change, but it must be in keeping with our environment and our way of life. If you look at TC, it's very noisey, very congested and damn too expensive for the average person. Driving around TC, you cannot see t he lake b/c of all the building that's gone on. We have friends in TC who do not go to a grocery store on weekends because ot the congestion, thus, they stay out of the city proper. Parking is worse there than it is here, if you can believe it. We don't have suburbs, we have neighborhoods, well established, and we need to keep them flourishing. People come here for the tranquility, for nature for our friendliness. We do need changes in Mqt, but not what's being suggested.
Great memories singing at St. Peter Cathedral and listening to many concerts there as well!
