Abbie is my Niece. She has been clean and sober for 6 months. She lives independently with her daughter. I am very proud of her.

Thanks for showing the Abbie video--very accurate depiction of what severe substance does to a person and her loved ones. It's been observed that women get sicker faster when they abuse alcohol and this video demonstrates that as well...

Regarding the unfortunate woman with the congenital intestinal malrotation, if the onset of these symptoms is in her adulthood, perhaps the problem is not truly congenital. If I were afflicted with this condition, I would seek out a practitioner of visceral manipulation certified by the Barral Institute. Gail Wetzler, PT, DPT, in Denver, CO is the best that I know of and would be my practitioner of choice.

The vast majority of medical practitioners know nothing of this European therapy and the excellent possibilities for a successful outcome.

I am the lady in the article. Intestinal Malrotation does affect adults and can be fatal. I am one year post op from Cleveland and…they saved my life.
